What analysis approaches have been applied to (published) mass cytometry data?
High-dimensional mass cytometry data can be analyzed using many different methods, including those used for plotting and gating raw data (histograms, bivariate dot plots), dimensionality reduction approaches (SPADE, viSNE, ACCENSE, PCA, Wanderlust) and summary statistics methods (heat maps, dose-response curves), to name just a few. Many of these analysis methods are available in the Fluidigm Cytobank software package.
