How many biological replicates (cells) should be used for single-cell analysis on the C1 system?
The ability to identify significant differences in a single-cell experiment depends not only on the number of cells analyzed but also on other factors, including the degree of variation within the population analyzed, the number of genes assayed, and the ability of those genes to differentiate population variation.
Guidelines for the experimental setup for single-cell analysis are described in the Singular Analysis Toolset User Guide (PN 100-5066).
