If my gDNA is less than the minimum required concentration for genotyping, what can I do?
If the minimum gDNA concentration cannot be met, we recommend preamplification prior to genotyping. For more information, see the preamplification protocol in the SNP Genotyping User Guide (PN 68000098).
Note: Genomic DNA samples derived from blood, saliva, buccal swabs, laser capture microdissection, or FFPE sources usually require preamplification.
